Ice monsters updated!

Now that this pack has been updated to being a topdown monster I will consider updating pack number 29. That one will be hard for sure! That being said, pack 16 will be getting an update. I realized that the snakes dont have a move animation so I will have to export all the new spritesheets eventually. Both monsters from that pack will have slither animations.
