You can use this skill to freeze characters in one place. You can also add a chance of getting a bleed debuff if you want to be cruel to the player or enemy.

You can also control the weather now. This skill can cause debuffs such as freeze or slowness to all the characters in the map. Another way this can be used is as a buff for the character. Maybe it increases the Ice I attack damage by 400%, or it gives you an extra X% chance of dealing frostbite debuffs when using ice attacks.

When I was making this skill I pictured Elsa from Frozen for some reason. Either way, this is a strong skill perfect for cleaning out a lot of enemies in the map. You can also add a X% for each hit to cause the enemy to slow down.

You are on your way on becoming the Ice King. This buff will render you immune to the cold or maybe just increase your defense against ice attacks by X%. Your call. The last frame is the indicator that lets you know if the skills is active or inactive.
